Aan al onze supporters!

Graag willen wij u allen middels dit schrijven heel hartelijk bedanken dat u achter ons streven staat om Jan Sofat als een woonbuurt zonder commerciële activiteiten, te behouden. Uw steun in deze is zeer belangrijk en vergt een lange adem.

Het toekomstplaatje van een rustige woonbuurt waarin het veiligheidsgevoel de boventoon voert, lonkt aan de horizon.

De Stichting Authentiek Jan Sofat, gaat onvermoeibaar verder met het verzamelen van informatie over overtredingen van de overeengekomen bepalingen waarin, hetzij expliciet hetzij impliciet, is vastgelegd dat we ons zullen onthouden van commerciële activiteiten.

Intussen is de eerste rechtszaak aangespannen en we zullen u op de hoogte houden van de ontwikkelingen.

Tevens is ons opgevallen dat diverse percelen waar aan Korte Termijn Verhuur wordt of werd gedaan, inmiddels zijn verkocht en/of te koop worden aangeboden. Dat is een hoopvol signaal.

Wij wensen u een goed en voorspoedig 2024 toe en spreken de hoop uit dat dit jaar “het jaar van de doorbraak” gaat worden.

To all our supporters,

With this letter we would like to thank all of you from the bottom of out heart for supporting our efforts to maintain Jan Sofat as a residential area without commercial activities. Your support in this, is very important and requires a lot of patience and perseverance.

The future picture of a quiet residential area in which a sense of safety predominates, looms at the horizon.

The Foundation Authentic Jan Sofat continues tirelessly to collect information about violations of the agreed upon terms stating, either explicitly or implicitly, that we will refrain from commercial activities.

The first Lawsuit has now been filed in court, and we will keep you informed about any developments.

We have also noticed that various addresses where STR took place, have now been sold and/or are offered for sale. This is a hopeful sign.

We wish you a good and prosperous 2024 and express the hope that this coming year will be the “year of breakthroughs”
