Recently SWR communicated their position related to the ongoing illegal STR (short term rental) activities in our residential neighborhood with a letter directed at the BVJS board. We applaud and support their interpretation related to the perpetual clause in all purchasing agreements issued by them. Although the letter was shared with all residents, we also like to place it on this website as we find it very important and are anxiously looking forward to the board of BVJS’ reaction.
